Tony Hawk

Like other hobbies, skateboarding can be quite risky. Even so, we couldn’t deny the fact that it’s fun to see talented skaters perform impressive tricks and stunts. One such figure that has made a name for himself in this field is none other than Tony Hawk. Among the many achievements he has made throughout his career, perhaps the most notable one would be when he took credit for being the first to execute a 900, a trick where the skater performs two-and-a-half revolutions mid-air.

Thanks to his fame, Tony eventually got the chance to get featured in his own video game, the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series. He also appeared in more than a few films and shows along the way, including Deck Dogz, The New Guy, and even worked as Josh Brolin’s skater-double in Thrashin’. He’s also made more than 550 skate parks through the years alongside his Tony Hawk Foundation.
