Broderick Steven Harvey, or Steve Harvey for short, is one of America’s most successful television hosts — and unlike other hosts, Steve started his career by doing stand-up comedy. This is nothing to be surprised about as Steve’s natural charisma and talent is nothing short of genius. Steve’s career took off when he got featured in Spike Lee’s, The Original Kings of Comedy. The former stand-up comedian would then proceed to become a consistent television personality and host for many years.

Steve has made many investments that have contributed to his enormous net worth, some of which were in the real estate industry. Steve and his wife Marjorie used to rent a gigantic house in Beverly Hills which amounted to just shy of $1.3 million a year. Steve also owns a very luxurious 9,000 square foot mansion in Atlanta, as well as a 5,000 square foot home in Chicago. The latest addition to his real estate portfolio is an uber-expensive Atlanta home that he bought from Tyler Perry.
