Keanu Reeves

Everyone who is a fan of The Matrix and John Wick knows exactly who Keanu Charles Reeves is. He first started acting in TV films and theatre productions before making his debut in the film Youngblood back in 1986. He got his breakthrough when he was tapped to play Ted in the sci-fi comedy movie, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.

What skyrocketed him into stardom, however, was the role of Neo in the sci-fi film series, The Matrix  a role that was, interestingly enough, turned down by Will Smith. The salary that was given to him was $10 million, and he was also given a part of the backend. Thanks to the film’s huge success, Reeves made a total of $35 million for just the first Matrix film. If adjusted for inflation, this is somewhere around $53 million. We are pretty sure that he has a good financial advisor since he has already amassed a whopping $350 million net worth.
