George Clooney

George Clooney is perhaps one of the most charismatic actors in Hollywood, and he made a name for himself through his acting credits in films like the Oceans movies, 2002’s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, 2011’s The Ides of March, and 2014’s The Monuments Men. He has won in his acting career three Golden Globe Awards and two Academy Awards. However, during the early years of Clooney’s career, he became friends with Rande Gerber.

The two eventually thought of creating their vodka brand, and they wanted it to not only have great quality but also be affordable in price. After some time developing the vodka’s taste, Clooney and his friend introduced their product Casamigos. With its sales showing excellent results, Diageo acquired Casamigos, paying Clooney and his partners around $1 billion. This goes to show that some of the best business ventures involve an idea shared by friends.
