Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is often considered the greatest basketball player who ever lived. He has, to his credit, achieved so many things and broke so many records that even today, players are still trying their best to match up to him. Indeed, as a five-time MVP who led his team, the Chicago Bulls, to six NBA championships, he justly belongs to the pantheon of the greatest ever. However, Jordan is much more than his physical prowess and athletic skills. He is also a savvy investor.

He achieved billionaire status after acquiring an ownership stake in the Charlott Hornets. In 2019, he made a handsome profit when he sold a small piece of his share for $1.5 billion. He also owns a car dealership and seven restaurants. Of course, real estate is a no brainer for billionaires. He currently lives in a luxurious 26,000 square-foot mansion that is sitting on a three-acre land in Florida, which he bought in 2011 for $4.8 million.
