Eddie Murphy has sure come a long way, considering his rough start as a comedian. He pretty much started at the bottom of the chain and slowly worked his way to the top using only his wit and talent in both acting and comedy. Aside from that, he also has top-notch money management skills that helped him stay afloat. With everything said and done, he’s now considered one of the world’s best comedians and holds the 10th spot in Comedy Central’s list of  100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time.

From the look of things, he’ll do whatever it takes to keep his finances in stable condition and he’ll achieve that using his real estate knowledge. Murphy owns a couple of breath-taking mansions and he sometimes shuffles his properties on the market, checking to see if he’ll make a profit out of it.
