It struck Nicolas Cage like lightning when his marriage of nearly 12 years came to an abrupt end before he began filming Mandy. The actor met Alice Kim at a Los Angeles restaurant where she was working as a waitress. Kim was just 19 at the time, but a 20-year age gap did not stop them. In 2004, Cage and Kim took their love to a greater degree and tied the knot. Sadly, their whirlwind romance ended in 2016.

Despite the unfortunate conclusion to their marriage and the issues plastered on the internet, their eleven-year relationship was not all in vain. We mean their mutual boy, Kal-El. He is currently 14 years old and is trying to follow in his dad’s footsteps.
