Raymond Hill & Tina Turner

Raymond Hill was an accomplished saxophonist and a member of Ike Turner’s Kings of Rhythm. He had been playing across the country until he returned to play in the Greater St. Louis. During that time, Hill started a romantic relationship with their new 17-year-old vocalist named Ann Bullock. She later changed her name to Tina Turner. The two had a child between them named Craig.

Tina Turner found success as a singer afterward. She married Ike Turner later on, with Ike adopting Hill’s son Craig in the process. The relationship between the two was mostly rocky and challenging, especially on Tina’s part, until she mustered the courage to leave. Challenges did not end there, though, as their son Craig met his untimely demise in 2018. Since then, the singer has spent her investment money on various properties and artworks. She has also been focusing on her family and herself.
