Jim Belushi & Sandra Davenport

The Saturday Night Live alum Jim Belushi spent the first three years of his career with The Second City improvisational troupe. Around the same time, he was in a relationship with Sandra Davenport. The couple exchanged their “I do’s” in May of 1980 while Davenport was pregnant with their child. Five months following their wedding, Belushi and his wife welcomed their first and only child, Robert, in October of 1980. However, eight years after their son’s birth, the couple have decided to call their respective lawyers and finalized their separation.

Their son Robert followed in his dad’s steps and is an actor himself. He has appeared in several films and television shows such as Chicago P.D., How I Met Your Mother, Valentine’s Day, and Sorority Row. He has also gotten featured in multiple episodes of his father’s television sitcom, According to Jim.
