Alan Greisman & Sally Field

Sally Field began acting on television before embarking on a film career in the late ’70s. She went on to escalate her profession after winning various accolades, such as three Primetime Emmy Awards. She also received a higher degree of fame when she branched out into directing films, including The Christmas Tree (1996).

In 1987, the actress experienced motherhood for the third time. After giving birth to her first two sons from her first marriage, Sally welcomed her third child, Samuel, with her second husband, Alan Greisman. Sally and Alan got married in 1984 and separated after nine years of their union. Their son Samuel is now 33 years old and has made a name for himself as a film director. At an event in 2012, Samuel thanked his mom for always accepting him. The actress must be very proud that her son is now following her legacy in the Hollywood industry.
