Garth Brooks & Sandy Mahl

Garth Brooks is a country music icon who married his college sweetheart, Sandy Mahl back in 1986. After over a decade of marriage, the couple parted ways in 1999 with the help of their lawyer. Brooks and Mahl met during his senior year of college. He was working as a bouncer at that time and had to stop a fight in which his future wife was included. Since the beginning of their relationship, Mahl was supportive of her husband, and this helped him become the legend that he is today.

The two have three kids together: Taylor, August, and Allie. The kids are all grown up now and have their own respective careers. Allie is a singer and songwriter, August is a proud mother, and Taylor has a master’s in Theological Studies. The ex-couple must be proud of what their offspring have achieved.
