Carrie Underwood & Mike Fisher

Country-pop singer Carrie Underwood has been happily married for more than 10 years to former professional ice hockey player Mike Fisher.  Two years after they first met in 2008, they tied the knot at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia. Before that, however, Fisher proposed to Underwood with a $150,000 yellow diamond ring, which is a massive investment to her. Like how extravagant the engagement ring that was given to Underwood, the wedding ceremony and subsequent reception were equally lavish, as well.

The ceremony was attended by 250 of their close friends and family. Among them include Simon Cowell, Faith Hill, and Tim McGraw. For the ring bearer, Underwood’s dog Ace took on the role. The ceremony, while intimate, was extensively followed at the time.  Shortly after their big day, they went to Tahiti for their first honeymoon, which paparazzi closely followed.
