Salma Hayek & Francois-Henri Pinault

In the past, controversy surrounded their relationship, but it seems that Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault have managed to hold on for years now. Perhaps this longevity of their marriage can be partially attributed to their lavish wedding ceremony, which required a lot of investment.  While Hayek has been a well-known actress in Hollywood, Pinault, on the other hand, is notable as the billionaire CEO of luxury brand Kering. Prior to it, the latter proposed to Hayek with a $276,000 diamond ring, which she rejected twice before accepting it on the third try.

The couple first tied the knot in an intimate civil ceremony in Paris. However, it was their second and highly extravagant wedding in Venice that really wowed everybody. Apparently, a list of high-profile guests was in attendance. Among them included Charlize Theron. Such a ceremony set in a lagoon city has surely become the wedding that made the couple’s love unbreakable.
