Tiger Woods & Elin Nordegren

Golf legend Tiger Woods spent a modest $1.5 million on his wedding to Elin Nordegren back in 2004. Their wedding was kept under wraps to keep reporters from knowing about it. The couple rented the Sandy Lane Resort in Barbados as well as its helicopter to charter their guests to and from the island. This was quite an undertaking, but Woods wanted to keep this event in his life private for everyone. Being a star himself, it was not unusual to see guests like Charles Barkley and Michael Jordan in attendance.

The guests were entertained by the band Hootie and the Blowfish during the reception, and there was plenty of dining and dancing as the golf star made his wedding one of the most memorable nights for him and his wife. After the festivities, a massive fireworks display was done that capped off the evening.
