Rita Moreno

Rita Moreno is an iconic figure. She is the first and the only Hispanic who has ever received a Grammy, an Oscar, a Tony, and an Emmy. The feat of earning awards from all four bodies is very rare, and it only shows that her skill is unparalleled. Rita’s most notable performances included The King and I, West Side Story, and Singin’s in the Rain. In 2019, she also got awarded the Peabody Career Achievement Award.

She owns a home in the Bay Area, which Rita and her husband bought over 16 years ago. The 5,500 square-foot multilevel house is considered chic and very aesthetic.  The house’s amount is unknown, but, based on a property rental she listed in 2015, the home would probably be worth at least $2 million. Her Malibu property rental was listed for $2.6 million, a worthy investment as it last changed hands for only $48,000 in 1971.
