Ron Howard

This famous director made his debut behind the camera in the film Grand Theft Auto in 1977. He has some business undertakings that allowed him to live a life way above the regular Joe. Among these ventures are being co-chairman of a film and TV company that was given credit for producing 24 and Arrested Development. He likes acquiring houses. He owns an apartment in New York that he listed for sale for $12.5 million and another one that had already been purchased for $712,000.

Outside of New York, he owned a $27.5 million estate in Connecticut. In addition, he also purchased a $2.75 million ocean-view apartment in Santa Monica, California.  Ron is worth $200 million and is now an established name in the movie industry.
